Subscription Plan

The Subscription Plan section provides an overview of your current CourseLayer subscription, including plan details, billing frequency, and total costs.

Plan Details​

  • Current Plan – Displays whether you are on the Entry or Enterprise plan.
  • Billing Cycle – Shows whether you are billed monthly or yearly.
  • Next Billing Date – Indicates when your next payment is due.
  • Total Cost – Updates dynamically based on the number of users.
  • Plan Features – Lists limits and capabilities based on your subscription tier.

Managing Your Subscription​

  • Upgrading – Users must contact CourseLayer support to switch from Entry to Enterprise.
  • Enterprise Plans – Clicking the "Contact for Pricing" button starts the process of setting up a custom plan.
  • Billing Adjustments – Additional users beyond the base plan automatically update the next invoice total.
  • Cancelling Subscription – The account owner must either delete the account or contact support to cancel.

💡 Note:
Pricing for the Entry Plan includes 50 users for $99/month, with additional users billed at $0.75 each, up to a maximum of 500 users.
Beyond this, an Enterprise plan is recommended.
